Your role & mission
Participate in the development of new products and the standardisation of existing products in its area of activity, in accordance with the development roadmap, standards and directives, and with particular attention to the product's industrialisation and maintenance capacity.
Your main responsibilities
Participate in the program development process :
- Prepare and participate in design reviews by presenting the deliverables of studies in his/her field of activity
- Participate in the drafting of specifications for your area of activity, including the technical specifics of your area of activity
Adapt the product to the defined specifications :
- Monitor and update technical information and collect information from other business line interfaces
- Write design documentation for hydrogen process fluid systems (calculation notes, operating diagrams : PID & PFD, equipment specifications : STB, etc.) as well as secondary utility circuits : compression and distribution cooling circuits, nitrogen inerting, compressed air, etc.
- Defining and validating the nominal operation of the process and facilitating its integration with other professions, specifically the automation department via process control narratives and the execution of functional tests on a simulator
- Compile and supply the bill of materials for components related to the process
Provide internal/external technical support for process activities :
- Provide technical support to manufacturing, to the test team and to other McPhy departments
- Report the information required to monitor the work carried out and the work remaining to be done, in accordance with the SIPOC/RACI set up
- Estimate the remaining work to be done
- Report technical risks
- Safety: Respecting and applying the defined safety rules and reporting any situation where safety rules are not respected

Your Profile
Education
- Engineering degree (or equivalent BAC+5) in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Knowledge of standards, directives and regulations relating to the field of activity
- Skills in thermal calculations (energy balance) and fluid calculations (sizing pressure drops, heat exchangers, pumps)
- Knowledge of the specific risks associated with the field of activity : ATEX and Pressure
- Proficiency in computer and drawing tools (Pack Office)
- Proficiency in process simulation software (Aspen Hysis, Pro II, ProSim, etc.)
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of Italian and/or German a plus
- Very strong safety culture

- Full time position
- Compensation & Benefits: package with a fixe salary and a bonus
