Your scope and daily tasks

• Key interface between the Product Development and Operations/Quality department
• Responsible for the management of capacity and workload for the department Engineering of Projects
• Leading the department allocated project engineering groups with respect to:
• Realization of basic and detailed design customization for projects, interconnection with auxiliaries and EPC, technical input and support for the sales team
• Detailed design and specification for procurement
• Optimization and standardization of the design done by development
• Providing project and technical leadership to the team, manage the recruitment, talent management and career paths
• Ensure industrialization of products in close collaboration with the Product Development
• Develop and introduce tools, processes, KPIs of the Engineering of Projects
• Responsible for the safety of the products
• Ensure standardization of the products
• Ensure support to internal and external manufacturing is provided as such technical support for the procurement

Your profile

• Engineering degree or a science doctorate from a leading institution
• at least 5 - 10 years experience in industrializing products
• Experience from a large organization in terms of exposure to processes and methods, or experience of highly growing businesses
• An additional education background in project management certification is a plus
• Experience in leading multicultural teams
• Fluent in English, German is a must, Italian or French is a plus
• Willingness to travel

• To have a result-oriented spirit, ownership & sense of initiative at every level of the company
