As an ERP Manager, you will manage and optimize the use of our ERP platform for the group and lead ERP projects in all their phases, from the definition of the need to the implementation of our applications for the group.

Your main responsibilities

• ERP Management & Evolution: Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the ERP platform to align with company needs.
• Business Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes in the ERP platform to enhance operational efficiency.
• Project & Change Management: Coordinate project organization and support business teams in adapting to changes.
• User Support & Training: Act as the primary contact for McPhy users regarding ERP-related queries.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the ERP platform effectively supports their needs.

Main skills & profile

• Engineering degree or Master with project management knowledge
• Experience in using and managing an ERP platform (Microsoft Business Central is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of project management
• Sens of communication to coordinate and facilitate collaboration in an international and fast growth environment
• Capacity to bring structure and methods in the way of work as a team while handling hands-on activities as appropriate
• Business Partner approach
• Fluent in French & English, Italian or German a plus

• Working conditions:

• Full time position based in Belfort ( france) 
• 2 days of home office per week
• Compensation & Benefits: package with a fixe salary and a bonus
• Lunch vouchers (9€ per day, 60% covered by McPhy)
• 75% reimbursement of public transport
• Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
