Your role & mission
Manage installation and commissioning projects on customer sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities
• Guarantee site safety during all phases of the project, for McPhy staff and subcontractors
• Be the customer interface during the construction phase and participate in site meetings
• Guarantee the respect of the quality-cost-delay triptych linked to the construction site; follow the progress, report on this progress, and alert in case of deviation
• Manage and coordinate the installation and commissioning of McPhy products on the customer site:
o Potential civil engineering phase associated with the site
o Arrival of equipment and unloading
o Installation phase; wiring; electrical and fluid connections
o Interface with the commissioning phase
• Manage the subcontracting inherent to the site:
o Research and contractualise the current subcontracting for the sites (electrical work, piping, cold line, life support, civil engineering)
o Work jointly with the purchasing department on the implementation of strategic contracts
o Manage the activity of subcontractors on site and the coactivity with internal activities
o Establish prevention plans or PPSPS in collaboration with the HSE department
• Receive/validate equipment acceptance reports and end of work reports (wiring, pipe connections, equipment installation, etc.)
• Monitor non-conformities and implement corrective actions
• Draw up formalized and documented feedback reports on the work sites to enable continuous improvement of activities
• Safety: define the safety rules related to site activities in conjunction with the HSE department, apply them and monitor their application within the department
• Confidentiality: define the rules of confidentiality related to its activity in conjunction with the communication department, and monitor their application within the department
Your Profile
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• BAC+2/+3 with minimum 10 years’ experience, or BAC+5 with minimum 5 years’ experience
• Experience in the installation of special machines or industrial equipment is highly appreciated
• Basic knowledge of civil, electrical and process engineering
• Knowledge of specific risks related to the field of activity (electrical risk, Atex, gas process)
• Good computer skills (MC Office)
• Communication techniques and tools (written and oral)
• Regulatory reference for site management
TRANSVERSAL SKILLS
• Mastery of activity planning and management
• Cross-functional management
• Good command of English, knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus
• Strong safety culture
• Willingness to work on customer sites very frequently (80-100%)
SOFT SKILLS
• Pragmatism, problem-solving and result-oriented
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Service minded
• Teamwork in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
• Resistance to stress
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility

- Full time position
- Compensation & Benefits: package with a fixe salary and a bonus
- Lunch vouchers (9€ per day, 60% covered by McPhy)
- 75% reimbursement of public transport
- Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
- Travel on site 100% of working time (France and Europe)
