Your role & mission
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on hydrogen production equipment (electrolysers) and hydrogen distribution stations, either remotely or at the customer's site, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities
• Proactively follow up on after-sales tickets and respond to customer requests by maintaining good relations and a high level of satisfaction
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance remotely or on site for the after-sales service (on call if necessary)
• Help to write the documentation required for QSE control and traceability of interventions (procedures, operating procedures, intervention reports, etc.)
• Apply the department's rules and procedures, propose actions for improvement
• Participate in the management of the after-sales supplies stock
• Participate in feedback on problems encountered to enable continuous improvement of equipment
• Support the ELY / Stations commissioning team on an ad hoc basis
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance remotely or on site for the after-sales service (on call if necessary)
• Write the documentation required for QSE control and traceability of interventions (procedures, operating procedures, intervention reports, etc.)
• Carrying out documented feedback on problems encountered to enable continuous improvement of equipment
• Conduct or participate in the conduct of training sessions on McPhy products for customers
• Safety: Respect and apply the defined safety rules and report any situation of non-compliance with safety rules
• Confidentiality: Respect and apply the defined confidentiality rules and report any situation of non-compliance with the confidentiality rules
Your Profile
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• BAC to BAC+3 technical (mechanical, maintenance, electrical, automation ...)
• Technical knowledge (mechanics, electricity, automation, gas processes, etc.)
• Communication techniques and tools (written and oral)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, commissioning of industrial equipment, or equivalent
• Writing technical documentation (operating procedures, intervention reports, etc.)
• Knowledge of specific risks related to the field of activity (chemical, electrical, ATEX, road risks, etc.)
TRANSVERSAL SKILLS
• Technical English, knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus
• Safety culture
• Willingness to work on customer sites very frequently (80%)
• Ability to train people, transfer skills and know-how
SOFT SKILLS
• Pragmatism, problem-solving and result-oriented
• Service-minded, customer-oriented, both verbally and in writing
• Resistance to stress, adaptability, and agility

• Working conditions:
- Full time position
- position based in France
- Remuneration based on profile and experience
- Lunch vouchers (9€ per day, 60% covered by McPhy)
- 75% reimbursement of public transport
- Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
