Your role & mission

As Program Manager, you will lead programs’ execution and prioritize product features according to defined planning and budget to deliver new or improved products.

Your main responsibilities & tasks

• Create a detailed program (work planning and sequencing activities with corresponding resources and budget)
• Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams assigned to the program
• Ensure the timely supply of program’s deliverables: developer package, cost estimates & updates, product reference library
• Monitor and report about program progress, risks and mitigation strategies to ensure the objectives’ achievement
• Identify, contractualize and coordinate with external partners when required

Your profile

•  Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related fields
• several years of experience in product or program management or product development or a related roles
• Understanding of process plant industry products and technologies
• Experience working with cross-functional international teams
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing complex programs or projects
• Excellent organizational, leadership, collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and analytically
• Strong project management skills
