Mission
To be responsible for application of the processes set up and to ensure the proper execution of projects.
Main activities
- Manage the project to improve the reliability, harmonization, and simplification of reporting at the group level through the implementation of Business Intelligence
- Control financial performance from the preparation of the offer to the final execution of the contract
- Ensure the proper execution of the group budget, provide alerts, and propose corrective actions in case of drift
- Communicate useful management information to operational managers and the Finance Department
- Be responsible for the management control of the support functions (budget, actual, forecast, variance analysis)
Key expected know-how
- Supervise, control and justify analytical reporting
- Large scale of technical competences (Automatism, Electricity, Mechanical and Process)
- Supervise, control, and justify analytical reporting
- Guarantee compliance with current standards, the principle of consistency of methods and ensure that the accounts give a true and fair view of the business and financial situation
- Supervise the recording of flows relating to the purchasing, sales, production, and cash cycles (customer and supplier orders, invoice entry, time entry, stock movements, cash flow, etc.)
- Supervise inventory operations - analysis & control of discrepancies
- Set up and follow up of research tax credit and subsidy files
- Ensure that financial information from the subsidiaries is reported at the right level of quality and on time
- Guarantee the reliability of the company's analytical management (half-yearly and annual consolidated accounts according to IFRS standards)
- Financial controlling
- Be responsible for the annual budget process and periodic reforecasts
- Prepare and analyze the reporting for each subsidiary & consolidate the group
- Manage cash and cash flow forecasts for projects
- Be responsible for the Group's working capital requirements
- Calculate the profitability of projects and follow up the financing cycle
- Ensure budget monitoring: analysis of budget vs. reforecast variances
- Ensure annual reporting to public and private organizations
- Determine cost calculation methodologies, inventory, and work-in-progress valuation
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of reporting tools
- Internal control and information systems
- Implement an internal control system that is integrated into the operational and functional processes in order to control risks
- Define management rules and processes to control risks
- Communicate the detailed financial calendar to the various stakeholders in the process, and ensure that deadlines are met
- Write procedure manuals to ensure the reliability of the group's management information
- Assume the role of Process Controller
- Deploy and improve the ERP - Write operating procedures to ensure the proper functioning of the information system
- Ensure user support (assistance and training)

Required knowledge
- University degree, DSCG or business school diploma with specialization in accounting and/or financial controlling
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in industry required
- Knowledge of information systems and ease with ERP and databases
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel
- Experience in managing a multicultural team
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of German and/or Italian is a plus.

- Full time permanent position based in Grenoble;
- Frequent travel in France and Europe;
- Salary package consisting of a gross salary and a bonus.
