Mission

The mission of the position is to plan, develop and optimise process plants for hydrogen production, treatment and utilisation.

Main responsibilities

• Optimization and standardization measures' implementation for the process plant components;

• Preparation of process documentation such as PID, PFD, HMB, process diagrams, layout plans with the specific software;
• Preparation of data sheets and specifications of plant components;
• Planning and specification of pipeline routes;
• Creation of flow diagrams;
• Support of project handling until completion or commissioning of the plants and components;

• Process Engineering support of optimization and standardization measures;
• Execution of process-related risk assessments and safety analyses (Hazop, Lopa);
• Supervision and monitoring of external planning offices and subcontractors;
• Provide components, participate, and validate the development of manufacturing routings with the method/manufacturing team;
• Accompany and support the manufacturing and assembly phases in the workshop.

Main skills & profile

• Chemical or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent with a focus on process technology, plant engineering or mechanical engineering;

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in the field of activity;
• Knowledge of CAD-based design;
• Very good MS Office skills as well as relevant industry software;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Knowledge of chemical and mechanical process engineering;
• Knowledge of the complete electrolysis proces.
